TICKETING POLICIES
Artists, programs, casts, dates and prices are subject to change. There are no refunds.
TICKET EXCHANGES
Ticket exchanges may be processed at no charge for a different date of the same production, provided tickets are available. Select events or promotions may not be eligible for exchange. To exchange tickets, please contact the Box Office at least 24 hours before the original performance date. Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability.
TICKET DONATIONS
If you are unable to attend a performance and exchange is not an option, you may return your tickets as a donation to Velocity and receive a tax deduction for the price of the tickets. The Box Office must be notified of donations no later than 24 hours before the performance. Donations will be acknowledged by mail or email.
LATE SEATING + TICKET RELEASES
Any tickets that are not claimed at show time will be released to the Wait List. To pick up your ticket, please arrive at the Box Office at least 5 minutes prior to show time. There will be no late seating.
WAITING LIST
In the event of a sold-out performance, a waiting list shall be taken beginning at 1 hour prior to show time. Names may be placed on the list by arriving to the Box Office in person. Available seats will be called no more than 15 minutes prior to curtain. Priority will be given to Velocity MVPs.
CANCELLATIONS
Most performances at Velocity occur as scheduled, regardless of the weather. If weather concerns should arise, check with the Velocity office, our website or Facebook page for updates and information. Under special circumstances, tickets for cancelled events may be refunded or exchanged upon notification from the Box Office. You may also return these tickets as a donation to Velocity and receive a tax deduction for the price of the tickets.
* Policies apply to Velocity produced events only. Tickets to Access Velocity performances are handled directly by the individual producer. Please see the individual producers’ policies.
