“A tour de feminine force.”
— Seattle Magazine

Amy O’Neal’s solo non-verbal lecture demonstration/dance experience deconstructs her past and recent influences (Hip Hop culture, classicism, Big Boi, Cyndi Lauper, Ciara, Janet Jackson, Dub Step, and the economics of the body) and questions gender and racial stereotypes while using “the ass” as a cultural study of the complexity of identity.

The Most Innovative, Daring, and Original Piece of Dance/Performance You Will See this Decade is the inaugural performance of Velocity’s Made in Seattle program.
